Nursery Sneak Peak

Now we're really counting down... I'm at 38 weeks. Eeee! I am ready for Baby B to make her debut... even if her nursery isn't quite ready. My nursery inspiration is coming to life. (Pink and grey on the mind... I'm even wearing it myself.)

How sweet is this little Jellycat bunny! One of the many cute animals I received at my shower. Of course I have Sophie the Giraffe... I quickly learned she is a staple once I started paying attention to babies. I found the ceramic basket at Home Goods in the Easter section.

Just like her mama, Baby B is stocked in the skincare department. In the midst of researching the best and safest products over the past few months Beautycounter released a new baby line including an all-over wash, oil and balm. I have heard great reviews from my mommy friends. Beautycounter screens every ingredient for safety, which is why I am a big fan. Happy to answer any questions on the products.

I also have other skincare to try including Honest Company, Noodle & Boo and Weleda among a few others. Would love to hear about your favorite baby products.

You won't turn a corner in our apartment without spotting blue and white. I added a touch to the nursery bookshelf.

I can't wait for her to wear those little Freshly Picked moccasins. My heart melts every time I pick them up and picture her... I feel those little feet kicking me all day long.

Thanks for stopping by!

Spring Wishlist

Happy Friday! I took yesterday off and here are a few things I spotted while shopping.

I have had a few pairs of cheap mirrored aviators over the past couple of summers and finally decided to bite the bullet and get a pair of substantial Ray Bans. I love how these look in the summer with white and at the beach!

If you have a Lord & Taylor near you, I was able to use a $20 bonus card plus 20% off in store coupon to bring down the price. There are also a few pairs available on Rue La La - try the "still want it" feature if it's sold out and you might get lucky. I love the fuchsia pair.

With Baby B due in just a couple weeks I'm starting to think about normal clothes again! FINALLY! We have a newborn photo shoot scheduled and I realized I had absolutely no clue what I would wear and will probably be too busy and stressed to pick anything out last minute. I bought this white dress from Nordstrom that I've seen on a bunch of fashion bloggers lately. Really cute, versatile and $68. Is is also somewhat forgiving in the shape, which I will need. Win.

You can't go wrong with a nude heel. It will be nice to finally put on and wear a pair without a struggle. Looks like tassels are still out in full force this year... they are everywhere.

Finally, the Julie Vos necklace is on my lust list... I'll also take a wrap ring.

If anyone has any other suggestions on what to wear for photos once Baby B arrives, I'm all ears!
