Unlocked - Go Giants!

Yay! Although the NFL lockout was lifted yesterday, we all knew it was coming when Victoria's Secret previewed the 2011 PINK NFL Colllection last week. They must have gotten the official word early. This year all 32 teams will be represented, so no team will be left out. View the line-up at Blitz and Glam. I love the "Tailgate with Me" v-neck tees.

Wanna celebrate? How about a fruit salad in a watermelon helmet? Fits right into your summer cookout. I generally don't handle anything larger than a steak knife (I'm clumsy in the kitchen) so sadly don't think I could execute this.

NFL fans, which team will you be cheering for?

  3. That watermelon is amazing. I wish I had that type of patience!

We love the Carolina Panthers. Nothing better than tailgating downtown Charlotte with a little cool in the air and some great dips and of course beer!

  4. Very cute! My boyfriend is a big Giants fan, so I might have to get the Giant's shirt to wear to his parents' parties. I'm a huge Buffalo fan, but I'm not sure I want to advertise that!

  5. I want them to release an NHL line, or put my school into the collegiate collection. But since the founder of The Limited Brands lives in the city over from me they feel it would be a "conflict of interests" to put more than one Ohio school in the collection - bummed :( Have to say though, I'm a Steelers fan!

But I do think the helmet is adorable! You could definitely do that. I made a similar one for a baby shower once.

  15. Not a huge football fan either but since I'm in a sorority I'm forced to attend the ones at my school. If I had to pick an NFL team I'd say the Eagles!

  16. SO stoked that we will have football this fall! I was really starting to get worried, haha.
I’m loving that fruit helmet… what a cute idea! Lord knows the boys I tailgate with get a little rowdy and probably wouldn’t find the cleverness in this helmet if I brought it. Rude.
I’m a Seahawks girl all the way! Especially if we finally get rid of that damn Matt Hasselback this year! He’s done nothing but tear us down, I swear!
