Greenwich Polo

Last weekend my friends and I went to the season opener at the Greenwich Polo Club. The weather was perfect. I need to step up my sideline setup for next time. Here are some of the essentials...

1. Sunnylife Bronte Picnic Blanket $75

This blanket folds and zips into its own bag with a handle for easy transport. I found a similar one at Target a couple years ago.

2. Blue Ridge Chair Works Carolina Packable Snack Picnic Table $128.99

I have this little table on order. It's also perfect for the beach. Throw a tablecloth over it and top with a vase of hydrangeas for a standout setup.

3. Vineyard Vines Coozie $5

So the guys can have a coozie that matches their shirt...

4. Lilly Pulitzer Cooler $32

I've gotten so much use out of my Lilly cooler bag. It comes with a bottle/wine opener attached.

5. Chandon Rosé

Yes way, rosé! Especially in a striped bottle.

6. Govino Champagne Set of Four $14.95

Shatterproof champagne flutes with a thumb notch.

A few tips:
Arrive early to claim your spot.

What to bring: chairs, blanket, cooler, snacks, drinks, water, bottle openers, plates/napkins/cups/cutlery, coozies, paper towels, garbage bag, sunscreen, sunglasses.

Remember whatever you pack you need to bring from your car to the field. It's not a far walk but don't expect to pull your car up.

I would recommend that you bring snacks and leave the main course to the gourmet food trucks. We had lobster rolls and tacos from Lobstercraft. So so good.

Pop the bubbly!

Horsepower to the test. There was a pre-match race between one of the horses and a Tesla.

The marketing campaign continued. I witnessed a real life commercial with Tesla's escorting each team onto the field.

I'll take the white one.

Catching up with my friend Courtney of Refined Fashion. Her son is one of the best dressed guys I know.
