Lace at ASOS

Dress: ASOS. Necklace: Max and Chloe. Bag: Prada. Wedges: Pour La Victoire.

Do you shop online at ASOS? At first I was intimidated by the sizing since it's a European site. I did a lot of research on sizing before ordering but found varying reviews and nothing conclusive. Free shipping/returns allows for trial and error to find your fit. I love looking through their dresses and ordered this one last minute for Laura and James's rehearsal dinner.

The dress and a few others lace combos:
Rare Lace Top Skater Dress $85.45

Darling Chiffon Lace Sleeveless Bow Dress $98.77

Oasis Lace Leaf Skater Dress $93.63

Rare Contrast Lace Tutu Skater Dress $93.67

This dress comes in two color combinations and I am loving the low cut back.

  1. Pretty dress! I haven't shopped at ASOS much, but I love a lot of the brands they carry - some of which are stand alone shops in the UK like Oasis and River Island. xx

  2. i love ASOS and have been buying all my maternity stuff there since its cheap and stylish. However, I just recently discovered that you are click on their American site and all the European sizing converts to American sizes. Might be easier because I know it made me nervous trying to figure out the conversions and if things I ordered would fit.

  5. @Robin Yes I was there! I bought some curtains and was looking at furniture. I wish you said hi! I was getting frustrated with the crowd there... I probably looked annoyed haha. Hope you had a good shopping day :)

  9. I found with ASOS i had to go up a size in their dresses. I usually wear a XS or Small in most dresses but with their Typical european sizing that was a red flag it runs a wee bit smart. What size did you get? you look fabulous in the dress

  13. I typically wear a 0/2 or XS/S and ordered this dress in a US4.
For more fitted styles I would probably order a US4 & US6 ... I find things run small and since they carry many brands it can vary.
